Membership conditions for myWiha 

 1. Responsibility

Only natural persons over 18 years of age are eligible to join. 

3.1. The myWiha portal is free to join. You can register for myWiha at my.wiha.com

 3.2 You need to enter your first name, surname, email address and country to register for the myWiha portal. It is also possible to give voluntary information about yourself (end customer or retailer) or your sector. In addition, the corresponding serial number can be registered when purchasing certain products.

 3.3. If you are eligible to join (see 2), your myWiha membership will start as soon as you have completed registration. 

4.1. As a myWiha member, you benefit from a variety of added benefits. Some of these are national added benefits that are only available to myWiha members in certain countries. Some added benefits are only valid in conjunction with a product serial number (see Section 3.2). 

4.2 The myWiha added value program valid at the time of use applies. 

4.3 myWiha reserves the right to change, supplement, or restrict the content of the added benefits. 

4.4 Non-cash rewards or prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or monetary amounts. Possible warranty claims for non-cash rewards and prizes exist to the extent permitted by law. Cash payment of "added value" services is excluded. The specific process of promotions within the framework of the myWiha added value program, any participation period, the promotional benefit, and specific participation actions can be found in the separate description of the promotion. 4.5 In order to be able to inform you as a myWiha member regularly about upcoming promotions, competitions, product tests, special offers or similar within the framework of the myWiha added value program, you agree that we may inform you about these by email.

You may terminate your participation in the myWiha portal at any time without notice by providing written notice, for example, by email. Termination by myWiha is possible without providing good cause, subject to four weeks' notice. This does not affect the parties' right to extraordinary termination for good cause.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these new terms and conditions, you can object to the change in writing, for example, by email, or terminate your myWiha membership. If you object to the change, the previous terms and conditions will continue to apply to you. In this case, we reserve the right to terminate your myWiha membership with notice. 

7. Legal recourse is excluded
