Conditions of participation
The competition begins on Monday March 3, 2025 and ends on Dec. 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm. The winners are drawn monthly on the first business day of the following month.
The monthly wins consist of 5 Wiha fan sets (containing 1 pair of Wiha socks, a Wiha mug, Wiha hoodie, and Wiha notebook) as well as 5 Wiha cool bags.
Participation is via registration of the purchased tool set and uploading the sales receipt/invoice to our platform myWiha.
All natural persons who are residents of a European Union member state and who have purchased a promotional product in the period between March 3, 2025 and December 31, 2025 are eligible to participate. This will be decided based on the invoice date. The promotional products include items with the following Wiha order no.: 45734, 45795, 46816, 40523, 45802, 45528, 45529, 45530, 45531, 45833, 45801.
Participants must be 18 years of age. Employees of Wiha Werkzeuge GmbH are excluded from entering the competition.
The selection of prizes is fixed, cash compensation is excluded. Coupons or alternatives are not possible.
We reserve the right to the availability of the prizes and the right to terminate the competition or cut it short. If there is any evidence of abuse, manipulation or other punishable behavior we reserve the right to exclude the participant. There is no legal claim to participate in the drawing.
The winners will be informed by us directly via e-mail. They must then reply to the e-mail within the next 48 hours. Otherwise we will draw another winner.
Collection and use of data
If you participate in the drawing we shall store your personal data (e-mail address and home address) to process the drawing in case of a win.
All data shall be deleted 30 days after the end of the drawing. Address information will only be collected from winners. We will only use this information to dispatch the prizes. We shall not pass any data to third parties. The participants are entitled to their statutory rights regarding information, amendment, and withdrawal.
We reserve the right to publish the name of the winners on our Instagram and Facebook accounts.
